Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney for our Baltimore, MD office. The attorney will manage complex litigation tasks, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and assist trial preparation while coordinating with paralegals and case managers to comply with court orders and firm standards.

Ideal candidates will have JD with state bar admission and experience in complex litigation, MDL handling, and proficiency with litigation technology, including CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw and

Qualifications

• JD required; bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Ability to mentor and supervise others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
