Qualifications

• JD required and active bar admission.
• Experience in mass tort or complex litigation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and courtroom readiness.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to evolving case strategy.
• Proficiency with litigation technology and case management tools.
• Willingness to mentor junior staff and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess venue/jurisdiction and support settlement efforts.
