Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join the team in Bradenton, FL. The attorney will manage a range of litigation duties, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

This role offers opportunities for leadership in coordinated proceedings. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategy for mass tort matters, monitoring MDL developments, and guiding paralegals and case managers while pursuing efficient settlement

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management orders and local rules.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
