Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Jacksonville, FL to manage complex litigation, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and assist with trial preparation. You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The role requires JD and admission to a U.S. state bar, with preference for experience in complex litigation and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD required with admission to a U.S. state bar.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Strong organization and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings developments.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
