Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in West Palm Beach, FL to manage complex litigation matters and lead discovery, pleadings, and trial-support tasks. You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, admission to at least one U.S. state bar, and experience in complex litigation, with strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
