Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Gainesville, FL to manage complex litigation tasks and trial preparation. The role collaborates with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

Responsibilities include strategy development, drafting pleadings, discovery management, and monitoring MDL developments while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• JD required; admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and litigation tech/tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings developments.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
