Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our client’s team in Key West, Florida. The attorney will manage complex mass tort matters, draft pleadings, supervise discovery, and assist trial preparation.

Collaborating with paralegals and case managers, you will ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards while developing liability and damages proof and evaluating venue for filings.

Qualifications

• JD required and minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
