Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Deland, FL to manage complex litigation from pleadings through discovery and trial prep, coordinating with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders.

The candidate should hold a JD and be admitted to at least one U.S. state bar, with strong civil procedure knowledge and experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify. Mentoring experience is a plus.
