Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Mass Tort Legal Assistant (Client Delivery Specialist) to serve as the primary operational partner for assigned attorneys, coordinating workflow, intake, and communications in a fast-paced mass tort practice.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of legal assistant experience, plus strong Microsoft Office skills. The position is onsite 2 days per week across several U.S. offices and offers comprehensive administrative support to attorneys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience providing comprehensive support to organizational leadership.
• 3+ years relevant legal assistance experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys.
• Proactively anticipates needs, manages priorities, and resolves challenges with minimal supervision.
• Coordinates and tracks ongoing projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables.
• Prepares and processes new matter forms, conflict checks, and new files.
• Coordinates client communications and serves as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments.
