Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist (Mass Tort Legal Assistant) to support attorneys across matters in our Boston, MA; Chattanooga, TN; or Washington, DC offices. The role requires onsite presence two days per week in a hybrid model.

You will manage full lifecycle workflows, handle conflicts and engagement processes, assist with billing and budgeting, coordinate client communications, and prepare legal documents with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience required.
• 5+ years providing comprehensive support to leadership.
• 3+ years relevant legal assistant experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manages full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys.
• Prepares conflicts checks, opens new matters, and coordinates intake.
• Assists with billing inquiries, matter budgets, and collections.
• Coordinates client communications and maintains confidentiality.
• Drafts, edits, and proofs legal documents with high accuracy.
