- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to handle confidential information.
- Typing speed of 60 wpm; transcription experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys.
- Coordinate intake, conflicts checks, and matter opening.
- Assist with time entry, billing inquiries, and collections.
- Manage attorney calendars, travel, and correspondence.
- Provide confidential administrative support and prepare documents.
