Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist (Mass Tort Legal Assistant) to manage full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate intake, conflicts checks, and matter openings.

You will support billing coordination, calendar management, document preparation, and client communications, working onsite 2 days a week across our Boston, Chattanooga, or Washington, D.C. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field or commensurate professional experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience providing comprehensive support to organizational leadership, preferably in professional services.
• 3+ years relevant legal assistance experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys.
• Coordinates and tracks projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinates client communications and serves as liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments.
• Prepares, edits, formats, and proofs legal documents with high accuracy.
• Manages calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
