Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist (Mass Tort Legal Assistant) to serve as the primary operational partner for assigned attorneys across multiple offices. You will manage workflow, coordinate intake, and provide comprehensive administrative support to reduce attorney project-management burden.

The role requires 5+ years of experience assisting senior leaders, 3+ years in legal support, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting organizational leadership in professional services.
• 3+ years of legal assistant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys and projects.
• Coordinate intake, conflicts checks, engagement, and matter forms.
• Assist with billing, budgets, and time entry with the billing team.
• Coordinate client communications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents with high accuracy.
