Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional and educational experience.
5+ years relevant experience providing comprehensive support to organizational leadership.
3+ years relevant legal assistance experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, including providing concise status updates.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Manages full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys.
Proactively anticipates the needs of attorneys and resolves administrative challenges.
Coordinates and tracks ongoing projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables.
Prepares and processes new matter forms and engagement documents.
Assists attorneys with tracking and monitoring matter budgets and billing inquiries.
Coordinates client communications and acts as liaison between attorneys and internal departments.
