North Shore Masonry in Chicago, IL & Milwaukee, WI markets is hiring a Business Development Specialist to drive growth. You will hunt for new clients, promote our masonry restoration services, and spearhead expansion across residential and commercial projects.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales or business development, proven $1M+ in gross sales, and strong organization to manage a heavy calendar. Compensation ranges from 70k to 200k+ with commission only.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales and/or business development experience.
• Proven gross sales exceeding $1M annually.
• Highly organized with a busy calendar for 9–10 months of the year.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to build and inspire a team.
• Oversee revenue generation for the entire sales function.
• Closing business on company generated leads.
• Generate referral business and positive company reviews.
• Protect and build OUR Brand.
