Job summary

North Shore Masonry is seeking a Business Development / Marketing Manager to expand our presence in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. This full-time, remote role focuses on growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.

You will build relationships with property owners, managers, insurers, and referral partners, manage CRM records, and collaborate with estimating and operations teams to hand off projects smoothly. Revenue target is $2,000,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (construction industry preferred).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Strategic thinker with revenue-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-based marketing and sales strategy.
• Build relationships with property owners, property managers, insurance agents/adjusters, facility managers, and referral partners.
• Identify, cultivate, and track new bid opportunities.
• Generate an initial target of $2,000,000+ in annual revenue.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry associations.
• Represent North Shore Masonry at presentations and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff.
• Assist with social media and brand marketing initiatives.
• Support special events and large marketing efforts as needed.
