Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Senior MarTech Manager to define the technology and operational strategy behind marketing programs. You will ensure Martech tools integrate, data is trustworthy, and teams can scale technology to acquire, engage, and retain customers.

The role combines multi-year strategic direction with hands-on stack involvement, partnering with Marketing, Data, Product, and Engineering leadership to drive cross-functional priorities and vendor decisions.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in marketing technology, operations, growth operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience setting technical direction at Director/VP level.
• Deep expertise across CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, and integrations.
• Strong SQL, API, and data integration fluency with build-vs-buy judgment.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and own architecture decisions for the MarTech stack, including build-vs-buy calls and vendor relationships.
• Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for marketing technology, automation, analytics, and personalization.
• Direct the platform strategy for CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, attribution, experimentation, and customer engagement tools.
• Architect data flows between marketing systems, product systems, CRM, and the data warehouse, and set standards for others.
