Job summary

Prenuvo is hiring a Senior MarTech Manager to set the technology and operational strategy behind our marketing programs. You will define how strategy, data, systems, and execution connect to acquire, engage, and retain customers.

Lead multi-year roadmaps and governance across CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, and personalization, partnering with Marketing, Data, Product, and Engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in marketing technology or related field with strategy ownership.
• Experience setting direction at Director/VP level and influencing decisions.
• Deep expertise across CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, and integrations.
• Hands-on with SQL, APIs, and data integration; able to balance build vs. buy.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and own architecture decisions for the MarTech stack, including vendor relationships.
• Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for marketing technology, automation, analytics, and personalization.
• Direct the platform strategy for CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, attribution, experimentation, and customer engagement tools.
• Architect data flows between marketing systems, product systems, CRM, and data warehouse; set governance standards.
• Partner with leadership to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
