You’ll drive high-performing teams, mentor engineers, and ensure robust software quality while balancing speed and reliability in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering leadership and team development experience.
• Deep domain experience in MarTech, AdTech, growth, tracking, or SEO platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into technical strategy.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
