Prenuvo is seeking a Senior MarTech Manager to shape the technology and operational strategy behind our marketing programs. You will define how marketing strategy, data, systems, and execution connect, ensuring trusted data and scalable technology to acquire, engage, and retain customers.

The role blends long-term architecture with hands-on stack decisions, partnering with Marketing, Data, Product, and Engineering leadership to drive vendor strategy and governance for a rapidly growing company.

Qualificações

• 8-12 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, growth operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience setting technical direction and influencing decisions at the Director/VP level.
• Deep expertise across CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Braze/Iterable, Segment, GA4, GTM, Snowflake/BigQuery, Zapier, Workato, OneTrust.
• Strong SQL, API, and data integration fluency, with the judgment to know when to build vs. delegate.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy and own architecture decisions for the MarTech stack, including build-vs-buy calls and vendor relationships.
• Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for marketing technology, automation, analytics, and personalization.
• Direct the platform strategy for CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, attribution, experimentation, and customer engagement tools.
• Architect data flows between marketing systems, product systems, CRM, and the data warehouse, and set the standards other teams build against.
• Establish and enforce governance standards for tracking, campaign setup, lifecycle management, and data quality across the org.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Data, Product and Engineering leadership to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
