Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years IT software engineering experience and 5+ years business experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience and at least 2 years of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for MarTech data and platform engineering.
- Lead architecture of customer data platforms, marketing data services, and activation frameworks.
- Establish scalable architectures for batch, streaming, and real-time data use cases.
- Drive modernization of data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning capabilities.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align MarTech investments with standards.
- Oversee platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
