K-LOVE is a nonprofit, multi-platform media company seeking a MarTech Platform Specialist to power multichannel marketing campaigns from Nashville, TN. You will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, HTML/CSS forms, and data reporting using Pardot, Snowflake, and SQL, collaborating with digital and web teams to optimize landing pages and tracking.

The role requires 2–5 years in MarTech, strong data analysis, and expertise in marketing automation tools.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in MarTech or marketing technology
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies using Kanban boards (Azure DevOps)
• Proficient in Tealium AudienceStream for customer data analysis and segmentation
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including customization for marketing initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Braze, Eloqua)
• Strong data analysis skills for interpreting complex datasets
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience executing and optimizing SMS and push notification campaigns
• Proficient in using UTM parameters for campaign tracking
• Strong reporting and analytics using Google Analytics, Tealium tools, Snowflake, and SQL

Responsabilidades

• Execute and optimize complex email campaigns using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Implement A/B tests and report on performance metrics for email, push, and SMS campaigns
• Oversee technical aspects of SMS and push campaigns, ensuring delivery and compliance
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign effectiveness
• Manage advanced segmentation strategies and track lead sources accurately
• Collaborate with digital and web teams to test and optimize landing pages and troubleshoot integration issues
• Create reports using Pardot, Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, and other tools
• Develop and debug HTML/CSS for complex forms and emails
• Coordinate multiple projects and implement process improvements
• Support content development aligned with campaign goals
• Oversee campaign creation within Salesforce CRM and UTM tracking strategies
• Manage marketing journey projects from development to reporting phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives
