Job summary

K-LOVE is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns from Franklin, TN. You will partner with brand teams, translate goals into strategy, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a ministry-driven environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end execution, performance monitoring, ROI reporting, and mentoring other managers. A strong PM background and faith-aligned values are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing and customer service roles.
• Experience in agency or in-house environments with multi-brand/multi-location environments.
• Experience with end-to-end campaigns across broadcast, outdoor, print, digital, and mail.
• Knowledge of the creative process and ability to commission creative development.
• Strong understanding of current marketing trends.
• Excellent project management and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative and flexible team player with service mindset.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Wrike experience preferred.
• Commitment to ministry values.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns across owned, paid, and partner channels.
• Partner with brands and cross-functional teams to translate organizational goals into effective strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation to analysis across digital, radio, events, mail and more.
• Lead planning meetings, align messaging, timing, and resources across channels.
• Manage calendars and inventory, secure placements and ensure timely approvals.
• Collaborate with content, design, and project managers to produce on-brand deliverables.
• Mentor other Campaign Managers and share best practices.
• Shape SOPs for SMS campaigns and supervise MMS quality control.
• Monitor performance in real-time and implement data-driven adjustments.
• Produce clear ROI reports and learnings for future strategies.
