Job summary

K-LOVE is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns for assigned brand lines, partnering with the Marketing team and cross-functional groups. This onsite role in Franklin, TN requires strategic direction, cross-channel execution, and data-driven optimization to maximize reach and audience engagement, aligned with ministry goals.

You will mentor other Campaign Managers, shape SOPs for SMS workflows, and report ROI and learnings to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in communication, digital marketing, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing and customer service experience.
• Experience in agency or in-house environments with multi-brand/multi-location environments, required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, radio, events, direct mail).
• Translate goals into campaign strategies for assigned brands/products.
• Manage campaign calendars, resources, and cross-channel integration.
