K-LOVE, a ministry-driven nonprofit, seeks a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimization of integrated campaigns in support of brand lines. The role partners with Marketing to drive reach, engagement, and ROI across digital, radio, events, direct mail and more, all while upholding ministry alignment and core values.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing and customer service experience.
• Experience in agency or in-house environments with multi-brand/multi-location environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across owned, paid, and partner channels.
• Serve as the lead marketing partner for assigned brands/products and translate goals into campaign strategies.
• Develop end-to-end campaign programs from ideation to analysis across digital, radio, events, mail, and more.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and PMs to deliver on brand standards.
• Monitor performance and provide data-driven optimizations and ROI reporting.
