You will partner across Marketing, Digital, IT, Strategy/Analytics, Compliance and external partners to ensure platforms deliver accurate experiences, enable analytics and AI-ready experiences, and support growth.

Responsibilities

• Administers and optimizes marketing technology platforms, including ESPs, CMS, workflow platforms, and governance standards.
• Maintains platform health, functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Manages owned channels (website, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, landing pages, merchandising) to ensure fresh, accurate content aligned with priorities.
• Partners with Analytics and Marketing Planning to implement optimization, tagging, and performance reporting.
• Provides technical consultation and supports channel deployment, campaign readiness, and governance improvements.
• Ensures risk & compliance in policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
