Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 10+ years in creative leadership and marketing.
Experience leading multi-channel campaigns with high-volume outputs.
Proven ability to manage internal teams and external agencies.
Strong content strategy, storytelling, and brand governance knowledge.
Understanding of digital marketing and performance-driven creative.

Responsibilities

Lead in-house creative agency and establish workflows, SLAs, and prioritization.
Drive multi-channel campaign concepts, storytelling, and brand-aligned content.
Oversee agency relationships, cost, quality, and performance.
Ensure regulatory, legal, and brand compliance across outputs.
Partner with Planning & Performance to align audience strategy and go-to-market plans.
