Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a high-energy leader to advance our marketing technology (MarTech) and AI integration. You will own day-to-day optimization, automation, and outsourcing across the department, reporting to the Director of MarTech and Operations.

You will manage the MarTech ecosystem, roadmap delivery, and platform integrations with cross-functional partners. The role requires strong experience in CRM/CDP/analytics, data architecture, and process optimization, along with collaboration

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional MarTech experience incl. CRM, CDP, MMP, Analytics, model-driven targeting.
• 5 years of business & operational process optimization in a marketing context.
• 5 years of data architecture design (data lake/warehouse) and familiarity with ETL tools.
• 5 years of integrating MarTech solutions and middleware platforms.
• 3 years of analyzing business/marketing requirements and defining roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead advancement & maturity of marketing tech stack and AI integration.
• Oversee development/implementation of marketing operational strategies and budgeting support.
• Develop training and change management programs for MarTech adoption.
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams representing marketing in broader priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT, analytics, compliance, and procurement.
