Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Marketing Technology leader to blend technology, process, and people. You will manage the MarTech ecosystem, drive AI integration, and lead day-to-day optimization and outsourcing of marketing operations.

The role reports to the Director of MarTech and Operations and shapes roadmaps, budgets, and platform integrations with IT and other stakeholders. The role requires deep MarTech experience, data architecture know-how, and the ability to drive enterprise alignment

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in the MarTech domain including CRM, CDP, MMP, Analytics, and model-driven targeting.
• 5 years of experience in business & operational process optimization within a marketing context.
• 5 years of professional experience in data architecture design (data lake/warehouse) and ETL tools.
• 5 years of professional experience integrating MarTech solutions and middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Apache).
• 3 years of experience analyzing business and marketing requirements and defining prioritized product roadmap and features.

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement and maturity of the marketing technology stack and AI integration; ensure it supports campaign needs and integrates with other technologies.
• Oversee development and implementation of marketing operational strategies; support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Develop training and change management programs for marketing and experience teams to maximize adoption of MarTech tools.
• Participate in cross-functional teams; represent marketing in broader corporate prioritization and planning discussions.
• Handle day-to-day vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools.
