Job summary

AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal to lead as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high-visibility role shapes how ProServe delivers commerce and advertising know-how to enterprise customers globally.

You will translate Amazon’s capabilities into repeatable offerings across geographies, collaborating with Strategy, Delivery, and partner teams to create measurable business value for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments including SaaS, CRM, and data infra.
• Ability to connect advertising and marketing technology to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits for commerce/advertising opportunities by aligning experts and sequencing engagements.
• Serve as ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP to make delivery capabilities visible.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure clear customer value and feasible delivery.
• Drive reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to enable rapid deployments.
• Engage partners to expand reach and scale commerce/advertising solutions.
• Navigate priorities across geographies, industries, and business units with judgment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
