Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects for on-site facilities.
• Gather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors; evaluate bids.
• Develop final cost and schedule; implement controls for cost, schedule, and scope.
• Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across disciplines.
• Coordinate with city, county, and regulatory authorities for approvals.
• Ensure site safety and environmental compliance; monitor contractor performance.
