Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Bastrop, TX, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead civil, structural, and utility projects at the Starlink facility. You will manage scope, cost, and schedule from design through close-out, coordinating with architects, vendors, and internal customers.

You will oversee field teams, ensure timely approvals, and adapt to multi-discipline challenges, with hands-on execution across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3+ years in construction/engineering/facilities OR 7+ years without a degree
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Read and interpret engineering drawings; mark up coordination items
• Experience in cost control, scheduling, and contractor management

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects
• Gather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors or contractors
• Evaluate bids and track cost-saving measures
• Develop final cost and schedule; manage contracts through close-out
• Coordinate with city, county, and government approvals
• Interact with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers
• Manage night shift/early morning contractors as needed
