Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the design, build, and activation of starbase infrastructure and related facilities in South Texas. Based in Brownsville/South Padre, you will drive multi-discipline projects from inception to close-out in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage scope, cost, and schedule, coordinate with engineers, vendors, and facilities teams, and ensure regulatory approvals and site safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications; mark up coordination items.
• Experience with major construction projects including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
• Gather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors and evaluate bids.
• Develop final cost and schedule for projects and implement controls for cost, schedule, and scope.
• Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate with city, county, and regulatory approvals and ensure site safety and environmental requirements.
• Interact with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers; manage night shift/early morning crews.
