Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Architectural Project Manager to lead the delivery of architectural construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial settings that support Starship production and the Starbase campus.

You will manage projects from conception through close-out, coordinating with design teams, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet targets for scope, cost, and schedule. Onsite in Starbase, TX with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an architecture, architectural engineering, or other engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience with architecture and/or engineering of capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architectural construction projects from conception to closeout.
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Define project requirements and prepare preliminary siting, massing, and programming.
• Produce conceptual 3D renders to support design reviews.
• Own project controls: schedule and cost; drive projects to meet budgets and timelines.
• Write, negotiate, and manage design and construction contracts through close-out.
