Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in construction management or engineering.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Design experience in a technical field.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and environmental agencies.
• Understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical disciplines.
• Experience with estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.
• Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage design, engineering, and construction contracts across multiple disciplines through close-out.
• Perform project control tasks: scheduling, budgeting, quality control, logistics, coordination.
• Manage all aspects of multidisciplinary construction projects in admin and field.
• Interact with contractors, designers, fabricators, and internal customers.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time in the field.
• Oversee full lifecycle of projects to achieve on-time, under-budget delivery; track status.
