Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Starlink facility in Bastrop, TX. You will lead civil, structural, and utility construction through planning, bidding, and execution, coordinating with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in multi-discipline projects, and the ability to navigate local permits and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering with 3+ years of construction, engineering, or facilities management experience, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading civil, utility, or facility construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
• Gather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors and evaluate bids.
• Develop final cost and schedule and implement controls for cost, schedule, and scope.
• Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors; coordinate with governmental approvals.
