Job summary

Shiftsmart is building a flexible-labor marketplace enabling large enterprises to efficiently manage hourly workers. The Marketplace Operations team launches and scales high-quality fulfillment, ensuring workers show up and complete shifts across multiple customers.

You will join ahead of major launches, learn our marketplace systems, and gradually own end-to-end execution for a flagship customer as the program expands.

Qualifications

• Experience using data to drive decisions and improve operations.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize arenalytical data to support launches.

Responsibilities

• Own shift fulfillment targets for new customer launches and ensure high-quality delivery (fill rate).
• Execute a mix of onboarding campaigns, marketplace analytics, and incentives to hit targets.
• Build toward owning day-to-day Marketplace execution for a major customer launch as programs scale.
• Use Google Sheets, SQL, and other analytical resources to analyze data and inform improvements.
• Identify marketplace risks, triage issues, and drive cross-functional resolution.
