Job summary

Shiftsmart, Inc. in New York City is hiring a Marketplace Associate to help launch and scale high-quality fulfillment for our customers, ensuring the right workers are assigned, show up, and complete shifts as expected.

You will join the Marketplace Operations team ahead of several customer launches, learn our marketplace systems and operating model, and grow into ownership of a major launch with ongoing Marketplace execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in operations or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong SQL or data fluency and ability to translate analysis into action.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Own shift fulfillment targets for new customer launches and ensure high-quality delivery (fill rate).
• Execute onboarding campaigns, marketplace analytics, and incentives to hit targets.
• Build toward owning day-to-day Marketplace execution for a major customer launch.
• Use Google Sheets, SQL, and analytics to gather data and inform decisions.
• Identify marketplace risks, monitor issues, and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Build repeatable processes and tooling to improve efficiency as programs scale.
