Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for Marketplace Audience Strategy & Operations to drive data-driven insights and cross-functional execution across the US Marketplace. You will analyze performance, manage campus partnerships, and translate strategies into actionable tests and reporting.

You will work with AI-enabled analytics, build scalable reporting, and collaborate with many teams to drive execution while supporting a flexible hybrid work model that blends in-office and remote time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in strategy, operations, planning, or related areas.
• Analytical – enjoy getting into data and translating it into insights; familiarity with AI tools (Cursor) to improve analytics tooling.
• Action-oriented with bias toward execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Collaborator and relationship builder with strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Dive into data to explain performance at a detailed level and drive actionable insights.
• Broker and manage external ecosystem partnerships to support optimization.
• Build reporting and performance updates for senior leadership and translate ideas into tests or new reporting mechanisms.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans across campuses and markets.
