Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Operations Lead for its Marketplace to own end-to-end operations, including partner onboarding, approvals, catalog health, and deal desk support. You will architect tools and AI-driven workflows to scale the platform, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Field teams.

This hands-on role may evolve into leadership as the Marketplace scales, with a focus on reducing friction and accelerating throughput through automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping automations or tools using Python, low-code/RPA, or AI tools.
• Proven ownership over end-to-end processes, not just analytics.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Field teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale end-to-end workflows for partner onboarding and approvals.
• Monitor marketplace health, quality controls, and deal desk support.
• Design and deploy automated tools and AI-assisted workflows to reduce friction.
• Drive cross-functional cadences and revenue-oriented initiatives.
