Shiftsmart, Inc. is building the Amazon of labor and connecting 5M flexible workers with major brands. This role, based in New York City (HQ) with typically 3+ days per week in the office, supports the customer team to close commercial deals and scale operations.

You will craft decks and proposals, conduct market research, and help build systems to manage a growing commercial pipeline, accelerating content delivery for enterprise opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Commercial Opportunities: move opportunities from research to active deal execution.
• Build Customer-Ready Materials: create decks, demos, proposals for stakeholders.
• Customer & Market Research: prepare memos on customers, priorities, use cases.
• Build Commercial Systems: improve pipelines and visibility across open threads.
• Scale Commercial Content: develop reusable content and case studies for speed.
• Support B2B Marketing: assist with conferences, site updates, video production.
