Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc. through SalonCentric seeks a Manager, Marketplace Recruiting and Onboarding to drive seller onboarding, category expansion, and marketplace growth from Clearwater, FL.

You will partner with the Marketplace AVP and Category Management to build scalable onboarding processes, expand hybrid assortments, and optimize seller experiences across strategic categories, ensuring alignment with GMV and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 4+ years of relevant eCommerce/Marketplace experience.
• Experience driving GMV, revenue, and assortment growth.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• In-office presence three days per week is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into actionable roadmaps across seller acquisition and marketplace growth.
• Support new category launches and optimize onboarding and seller experience.
• Drive performance against KPIs and present insights and action plans.
• Collaborate with Category Management and cross-functional teams.
• Identify blockers and enable efficient marketplace initiatives.
