Job summary

SupplyHouse is seeking a Marketplace Onboarding Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and catalog quality for our third-party marketplace. This remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Category Management and requires coordination with product, merchandising, pricing, and supply chain teams.

The role supports supplier onboarding, data standards, feed validation, and go-live milestones across multiple states, with occasional travel to Melville, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in marketplace operations or e-commerce merchandising.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action.
• Proficiency in Excel and multiple data systems and reporting tools.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, and onboard new marketplace suppliers.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding: agreements, data requests and go-live timing.
• Coordinate with Category Management to prioritize conversations and fit with strategy.
• Own supplier data feeds setup, mapping and quality validation before go-live.
• Train suppliers on SupplyHouse systems, data standards, and requirements.
• Serve as primary contact during onboarding and maintain momentum to go-live milestones.
• Document onboarding processes and SOPs for repeatable execution.
• Develop and maintain supplier-related claims, warranties and returns processes.
• Monitor post-launch performance and flag issues with service levels or data quality.
• Review weekly feeds for new item suggestions and coordinate with Category Management.
• Research competitor listings for content, imagery, and positioning improvements.
• Conduct image audits and data cleanup for new brands.
• Test and document new marketplace features in supplier dashboards.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Pricing, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
