Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Marketplace Onboarding Manager to own the day-to-day health of our third-party marketplace channel. This remote role supports supplier onboarding, catalog quality, and go-live readiness across multiple states, with periodic travel to Melville, NY.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding, coordinate with Category Management, and train suppliers on our systems and data standards to enable long-term success on the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce merchandising, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and inventory data and translate findings into action.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working across multiple data systems and reporting tools.
• Experience managing supplier or vendor relationships in an operational capacity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to document processes and create SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new marketplace supplier candidates across target categories.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective suppliers and manage early-stage relationships.
• Coordinate with Category Management to schedule supplier conversations and align with strategy.
• Own end-to-end onboarding for approved suppliers, including contracts and data requirements.
• Lead technical feed setup and validation for new suppliers and map product data.
