SalonCentric, the professional products distribution partner of L’Oréal USA, seeks a Manager for Marketplace Recruiting and Onboarding in Clearwater, FL. You will support the Marketplace AVP, drive seller acquisition, onboarding, and assortment growth, and partner with Category Management to expand hybrid offerings.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in eCommerce or marketplaces, strong data analytics, and a track record of scaling online marketplaces.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, Marketplaces, Category Management or related fields.
• Experience driving revenue, GMV, assortment expansion, seller growth, and/or digital business performance.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce, Marketplace business models, seller ecosystems, and eCommerce KPIs.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required.
• Being present in the office three days a week is considered an essential function of all office-based roles for eligible full-time employees.

Responsabilidades

• Translate priorities into actionable roadmaps across seller acquisition, assortment, seller performance, and Marketplace growth.
• Develop and launch new business categories such as Wellness, Relax & Rewind, Wellness Tools, and Fragrance.
• Drive Marketplace performance against GMV, revenue, assortment, seller, and other KPIs, identifying performance gaps and formulating corrective action plans.
• Analyze seller, brand, category, and overall Marketplace performance to deliver insights and data-driven action plans to the Marketplace AVP.
• Prepare and present recurring Marketplace sales review updates highlighting key performance drivers, opportunities, risks, and progress against priorities.
• Partner with Category Management to identify opportunities to expand the hybrid assortment and define category whitespace/opportunities.
• Synthesize market and customer data to guide product assortment decisions and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop recommendations for assortment/Seller expansion and coordinate execution of new brand launches in the Marketplace.
• Contribute to seller acquisition strategy and day-to-day activities within categories and priorities established with Marketplace AVP.
• Build and maintain a high-quality seller pipeline addressing marketplace gaps and growth opportunities.
• Recommend strategies to increase productivity, assortment, and sales across strategic sellers.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and resolve roadblocks to move initiatives forward.
