Job summary

Snap Lock Industries, Inc. is seeking a Marketplace Manager to lead growth across third-party marketplaces, driving strategy, operations, and revenue.

You will oversee listings, pricing, campaigns, and performance reporting to maximize profitability and brand visibility. The role requires 3-7+ years of marketplace experience, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to merchandising, optimization, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Costco.com, or other major online marketplaces.
• Experience launching, managing, and optimizing products on third-party marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding of digital merchandising, e-commerce operations, and online customer buying behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies that support company sales and profitability goals.
• Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities while expanding existing marketplace partnerships.
• Manage relationships with marketplace representatives, category managers, and strategic partners.
