VB Cosmetics, Inc. seeks a Retailer & Marketplace Specialist to optimize digital commerce on Amazon and other digital retailers, improving product visibility and conversion while driving digital sales growth across channels.

The ideal candidate collaborates with E‑Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Creative, Customer Service, Operations and external retail partners to refine listings, promotions, and digital shelf strategy for Nordstrom.com and other marketplaces, including Shopify B2B.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, marketplace management, retailer.com, Shopify B2B and related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon listing optimization and conversion strategy, including titles, copy, keywords, imagery, SEO, A+ Content, and PDP elements.
• Develop and execute ongoing A/B testing and experimentation across Amazon listings to improve CTR, conversion and PDP performance.
• Own hands-on Amazon PPC management across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, including campaign setup, keyword strategy, bid optimization, budget management and optimization.
• Coordinate day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations with external Amazon agency, including catalog administration, storefront updates, product setup, troubleshooting.
• Manage catalog integrity, product launches, assortment changes, promotions, and seasonal updates with external agency and internal teams.
• Monitor customer reviews, competitive activity, category trends, and search behavior to identify opportunities and address issues.
• Analyze Amazon sales, traffic, conversion, search, advertising, and inventory performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Serve as internal point of contact for Amazon agency, aligning priorities with business goals.
