Job summary

Avantor in the United States seeks a Marketing Workflow & Process Excellence Manager to drive strategy, governance, and adoption of marketing workflow processes and supporting technologies.

Through leadership of a team of Workfront and marketing process professionals, this role drives marketing process excellence, platform governance, workflow automation, and operational performance improvements across the global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or related field.
• 5+ years in business process improvement, workflow management, and operational excellence.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience administering or governing Adobe Workfront or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Workfront Administrators and Marketing Process professionals.
• Own administration, governance, optimization, and adoption of Adobe Workfront and related tools.
• Define platform standards, governance processes, and reporting capabilities.
• Translate business needs into scalable configurations, automations, and workflows.
• Establish KPIs, drive adoption, and communicate progress to leadership.
