You will oversee workflows, governance, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, digital, and external partners.

You will mentor the Marketing Operations team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure scalable processes align with growth and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex marketing workflows in a matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and workflow management.
• Experience optimizing processes for organizational effectiveness and scalability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Operations function, managing workflows, governance, prioritization frameworks, and operational processes.
• Provide visibility into priorities, capacity, risks, and resource allocation for leadership.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, and workload management aligned to goals.
• Develop and lead change management to improve procedures and efficiency.
• Manage a portfolio of complex marketing initiatives across business units and partners.
• Oversee full lifecycle of marketing projects from planning to post-project review.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
