Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology consultant with deep Adobe Workfront expertise to enhance and scale our workflows. You will partner with Marketing, Legal, Provider Services, and Producer Services to design scalable processes and automation solutions.

The role focuses on both expanding Workfront capabilities and delivering new workflow designs that support evolving business needs, while maintaining governance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced Workfront administration, configuration, and workflow design.
• Experience leading process improvement and translating requirements into scalable workflows.
• Experience building and optimizing automated workflows and operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Legal, Provider Services, and Producer Services.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve existing Workfront processes and workflows.
• Design, configure, and implement new workflow and automation solutions.
• Maintain and optimize Workfront dashboards, forms, reports, and governance.
• Translate requirements from cross-functional teams into effective technical solutions.
• Provide recommendations for platform best practices and scalability.
• Support adoption, documentation, and change management for implemented solutions.
• Contribute expertise across the Adobe ecosystem including Marketo, CJA, and AEP.
